APN stands for Access Point Name. This is specific to your wireless network provider. UPC stands for Universal Product Code, also commonly known as a Barcode. UPCs are normaly 12 digits long and although a product may have more than one on the box, there is one that is specific to the item, from the manufacturer. This is the one you want to scan or enter. Some Barcodes have 13 digits and are called EANs, or European Article Numbers.
